Břetislavka has traditionally served as a local centre where free-time activities and sports could be enjoyed and where cultural events took place. Back in the day the locals as well as the visitors had a chance to enjoy a garden restaurant, a gymnasium, and a skittle alley. Amateurs even played theatre here.
The old local inn has been, for ages, an epitome of an ordinary Prague pub serving good cheap beer. Back in the day visitors could enjoy a cold pint of their favourite beverage in the shade provided by full-grown chestnut trees while eating a sausage or grilled corn on the cob at the same time.
Perpetuating the traditions of Břetislavka
Come over again to your favourite pub and have a pint of chilled beer. Or bite into a grilled sausage in the shade of the same full-grown chestnut trees that may have got even bigger. The place is still the same, we have only given it a new look, hoping you will still enjoy returning to the different-yet-the-same Břetislavka. Expect the same beer brands as before newly supplemented by products of two to three small-scale breweries.
We also offer snacks to have while enjoying your beer as well as desserts to complement a cup of delicious hot tea or coffee.
